Contractor Website Pricing, Payment Schedule, and Add-On Costs

Founder-promo website packages range from $1,795 to $3,195. This page explains how the prices are paid, what commonly changes the scope, and which optional services are separate.

The final proposal and agreement control the actual project. A public pricing page provides useful context; it does not replace a written scope tied to the business.

How Payment Works

01
Review and scope:

We assess fit and define the recommended package, pages, add-ons, exclusions, and estimated timeline.

02
Agreement:

Both parties approve the written terms.

03
Deposit:

The project enters intake and scheduling after the required deposit is received.

04
Production and review:

We complete the agreed work and one consolidated revision round.

05
Final balance:

The remaining balance is due before launch or transfer unless the signed agreement expressly states otherwise.

Starting prices are not flat promises for every platform or requirement. Complexity, data migration, API limitations, custom fields, and third-party support can change the quote.

Pricing Questions

If you’re wondering about it, chances are other contractors asked too.

Four service pages usually provide enough room for the vital offers without forcing distinct services into one generic page. It is often the best balance of clarity, growth readiness, and cost.

Legal-page setup is a separate $99-per-page add-on unless included in writing. LeDi SEO does not provide legal advice; the client supplies approved legal text.

That may be possible when documented in the proposal. The standard structure uses a deposit and final balance.

No. Website production and ongoing SEO, advertising, content, or reputation services are separate scopes.

No. One consolidated revision round is included. Added or fragmented revisions can affect cost and timeline.

No. The Website Care Plan is optional and is currently priced at $149 per month. The website can be delivered without the care plan, although the client will then be responsible for ongoing updates, backups, security, and maintenance.

If requested pages, functionality, integrations, or revisions fall outside the approved scope, we explain the added work and provide a separate price before proceeding. Nothing should be quietly added to the invoice after the work is completed.

Yes. Additional service, location, project, or trust pages can be added later as separate work. You do not need to purchase a larger package now solely because the business may expand in the future.
