At LeDi SEO, we believe every successful partnership starts with clear expectations. These Terms and Conditions are designed to protect both your business and ours, with no legal fog, fine print traps, or surprises.

We’ve written this page the same way we deliver our services: transparently, professionally, and with your trust in mind.

Scope of Services and Deliverables

When you work with LeDi SEO, you receive access to a custom growth strategy that may include a combination of:

  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
  • Website design or conversion rate optimization (CRO)
  • Reputation management and review generation
  • Google Ads or Meta Ads management
  • Copywriting, blog content, and landing page optimization

The specific services, timelines, and deliverables will be detailed in your onboarding scope document and/or service agreement. You can always request clarification before signing.

Payment Terms and Commitments

Our standard service agreements operate on a monthly retainer model, billed in advance on the first of each month. Project-based or one-time services may carry milestone-based payment schedules.

  • Payment Methods: ACH, credit card, or wire transfer]
  • Late Fees: Payments overdue by 7+ days may result in paused services and a 5% late fee
  • Non-Refundable: All payments are final unless otherwise covered by our performance guarantees (below)

Our pricing is based on scope and value delivered — not hours tracked. You’re paying for outcomes, not minutes.

Cancellation, Refunds & Guarantee Conditions

You may cancel your agreement at any time with 30 days’ written notice. We do not offer refunds on completed work or active campaigns.

However, we proudly offer a Growth Assurance Guarantee:

  • If your clinic does not meet the agreed performance benchmark within 6 months, we will continue working at no additional cost for 3 months
  • If no results are achieved after the extension, you may request a partial refund for strategy services (terms apply)
  • Guarantee eligibility is based on onboarding audit, client cooperation, and traffic baseline

Intellectual Property and Confidentiality

All content, campaigns, and strategy assets created by LeDi SEO during your engagement belong to you upon final payment, excluding proprietary templates or software tools.

We maintain strict confidentiality around all client materials, login credentials, business details, and performance data. Any subcontractors or service providers we use are bound by non-disclosure agreements.

Similarly, we ask clients not to share proprietary processes, templates, or training outside the scope of their use.
